The vineyard at Playa Grande truly makes Luz de Mono a place like no other in the world. 25 years ago Albert Ingalls III started work on a project to grow grapes, and produce wine here in the tropics. After years of work, the Playa Grande Vineyard has been able to produce both a red and white wine known as "Monkey Shine".
